Anna-Lena specialises in advertising law (Internet, TV, radio, print) as well as in copyright law. She also regularly advises on IT and e-privacy matters.
Anna-Lena's scope of expertise covers digitisation projects, licensing and monetizing digital content within the EU's Digital Single Market and effective enforcement of IP rights. She also develops digital & data strategies for her clients and structures online platforms (T&Cs, privacy statements, cookie policies etc.). Her client base includes both national and international clients from various industry sectors such as automotive, pharma as well as media, education and research.
