Nebil Gaigi
Head of Legal Project Management
As head of Pinsent Mason’s Legal Project Management team, Nebil's primary role is to facilitate the delivery of those matters within the firm where process efficiencies and project management methodologies would help streamline the legal service, and better serve our clients’ needs.
He also offers direct support to our lawyers on specific projects by leveraging his operational and project delivery expertise.
Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Nebil worked at Deloitte for a period of 11 years where he held a variety of operational roles and led on projects covering both the public and financial sectors. In particular, he led large scale remediation projects in the Managed Services space, focusing on alternative delivery models and cost efficiencies. He has served a variety of clients, from government departments to Tier 1 investment banks as well as law firms. Nebil has particular experience of financial modelling, process improvement and process optimisation, all within client facing roles.
In addition to project management and operational consulting skills, Nebil also has legal experience, having completed the Legal Practice Course and obtained a Masters in Commercial Law.

Lauren also acts for clients during the project delivery phase. Recent projects Lauren has been involved in include windfarms, roads, pipelines and commercial developments.

Lucy specialises in real estate finance. She advises lenders on property risks associated with development and investment financing.
